Over the weekend I found out the 3 week move upstairs because our office was flooded 6 weeks ago at the hospital has now been changed to 3 months. I am very unhappy since that means no TV late at night when I am there on Friday and Saturday’s until midnight. So I found a solution, Flo TV and I have until Oct. to get it at Best Buy for $149 with 3 months of free service. I have been watching Seinfeld, 48 Hours, Hart to Hart & Rockford Files TV shows online. Netflix movies online don’t seem to work on our computers. I tried and it never seems to connect. I did find some other websites to watch movies on. But I really miss the 11:00 pm news and other local shows and movies.

My weekend was fun but really busy. I don’t plan on doing that again on a working weekend. I am worn out. The baby shower was fun they had a great big sub sandwich from Santoro’s with 3 or 4 different salads. I left after about 2 hours before they even opened the presents and ate cake, and I went home to relax for for about 45 minutes before work. Sunday I worked 10-6:30 went grocery shopping on my break then headed to Chris’s house right after work at 6:30 for a BBQ. I was going to try to fit a movie in after the BBQ but I was just too beat so I headed home at 8:00 and watched the Emmy’s instead.

Last night was fun. I went for the middle eastern food. Falafel plate w/hummus and tabouli. It was delicious. The movie “The Switch” was cute. I know that Jennifer Aniston has not been making hit movies of late and this might not be either but we liked it. The little boy played by Thomas Robinson was adorable and I love Jason Bateman. A little trivia, he is married to Paul Anka’s daughter.

Dinner & a Movie

Last night Lisa and I went baby shower shopping. I ended up buying some of the cutest outfits, sandals, bibs, headbands, socks & receiving blankets for the baby, they all were of the same colors and designs. Meredith did not register anywhere and the shower is so last minute. I wasn’t sure what she really needed. The baby was born a few weeks ago and her name is Heaven backwards. Nevaeh, a name I would not of picked, but she likes it. I guess this is a popular name nowadays from the people I have talked too. Lisa had a tri tip and potatoes cooking in her large crock pot for dinner we stopped by this great little Italian deli and bakery near their house and got some fresh bread to eat with dinner. It was yummy. Afterwards Justin, Tash, Lisa and I went to Baskin Robbins for ice cream. I had my favorite flavor Pink Bubblegum.
