Breaking Records

Our weather continues to be really cool for July. It kind of looks like it is going to stay this way the whole month. We actually broke records for it being below normal. We are having June weather in July. I am guessing August will heat up for us.

Paul is still here and the house is coming along just great. There are some tweaks Paul has to make to the plans that the City of Burbank is requiring. So there will be a little hold up on working on the house this week. Lisa went back last night after dinner and she took Justin with her. He will come back on Saturday to continue to help Paul. Monday he has to go to the school to get his classes. He starts 8/16.

    I’m hoping we can exchange weather in August. I’ll send you the heat and you can send back the cool. :lol:

    Lily is so cute! It’s amazing how kittens can get into anything and every thing.

    The summer is going fast for the kids. It’s hard to believe that our grandsons are now HS seniors.

    Now that’s a stylish kitty napping in a Brighton bag! ;) Hope Paul doesn’t have too many hoops to jump thru with Burbank. Agoura Hills is known for beiung sticklers about a lot of building codes, etc.. Funny, I wrote about our cool weather, too! Was happy to see the sun this morning! I think we’re probably in for a hot August, September and October! (((Hugz)))

    I can’t wait to see pics of the house as it all comes together. I bet it will be beautiful. I can imagine that they are pretty anxious to have it finshed & be living there. Bet you are too!

    LOVE the picture of Lily! She is soooo cute! Emily is concerned that she is stuck in the purse because she sees “something around her neck”. I bet you are loving having a new ‘baby’. I can’t wait for the phone call letting us know that our ‘baby’ has been born! Sending you big hugs Dru!

    Sorry you have such a cold weather. I am so sick of the rain now, that next time we will have to move I wanna go where it never rains ;) Give me snow or sun, but stop the bloody rain! LOL! :snowman: And in the past (when in Italy and US) I used to love a rainy day! Funny how things change!
