Haircut or No Haircut!

Last week when I got my haircut I was so wanting to have Zankou Chicken but I had taken a filet mignon out to defrost a few days earlier and had to grill it. I finally gave into my craving for Zankou, so I drove over there last night and picked dinner up right after work. Haircut or no haircut.I wanted my Zankou Chicken It was yummy!! 1/4 rotisserie chicken all white meat with hummus, garlic spread and pita to dip in the hummus. The garlic spread you dip the chicken in is to die for.

I can’t believe the weekend is here already! It came so fast for me. We are expecting a little rain today through tomorrow and maybe on Sunday. I am happy I will be working at the Hospital when it is raining. I live only 10 blocks away as opposed to 27 miles to my full time job. Plans this weekend none except work at the Hospital and catch up on my shows in my DVR and sleep. Next weekend I have a fun weekend planned with Darylynn on Sunday and Joe on Monday. I am taking Sunday off from the Hospital and only working Friday night and Saturday. I am also taking Monday President’s day off from my full time job as a vacation day. This will be a “Dru” weekend.     Hi Dru, Glad you finally got the chicken! I have never never heard of it but will have to see if I can try some.
    I am in southern NJ and by the ocean. We sure did get a ton of snow.
