Last night I headed to the kids house after work for some “Chloe time” it is like having a new grandchild. She is so much fun and such a loving dog. Cooper seems to be getting along with her just fine also. Oreo steers clear but he is not afraid at all.

Last night was a different installment of “Doug Loves Movies” we normally go to his free podcast at the Upright Citizens Theater in Hollywood to see a free 45 minute podcast of this same show every Tuesday. He will be out of town tonight so no show tonight. He does take his show on the road and all over the country. It is very popular. Even though I never listen to the podcasts because I see all the live shows when he is at the UCB Theater on Tuesdays and when he does it in additon to that show at a comedy club around town. I have seen it at Flappers Comedy Club near my house and last night he had it at The Nerdist Theater on Sunset. These shows are always much longer than the normal 30-45 show at the UCB if you are wondering what it is all about? Comedian Doug Benson invites some of his fancy comedy friends to sit down and discuss his first love – movies! He also makes them play games they might not understand. 85 minutes of fun crammed into 90 minutes! This we pay a mere $8 each for the show. I have also posted we go to his imfamous Movie Interruptions at The Cinefamily Theater on Fairfax. I am a big movie buff and comedy nerd so these show are right up my alley. Last night Doug’s guests were actress songwriters (Garfunnkel & Oats) Riki Lindhome (Garfunkel), Kate Micucci (Oates), Actress Anna Kendrick (Twilight, Up in the Air, 50/50) & comdedian/actor Nick Kroll and it was a lot of fun. We had an early dinner at The Sunset Grill which is right across the street from the Nerdist.
