Dru's Dippity Do Da's

Today is Paul’s Birthday he is 42 years old. So hard to believe he is the same age I became a Grandmother which seems like only a few years ago. I was only 19 years old when Paul was born in Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys, CA at 8:58 AM after 13 1/2 hours of labor and 20 days past due. They didn’t do much inducing of labor back then so he was a big baby 8 lbs 13 1/2 oz and 21 and 1/2 inches long. He came out with eyes wide open. They actually told me after the tests they took in the hospital that he would be hyperactive and the funny thing about that he was the opposite. He was such a good natured even tempered baby and child, he was a pleasure to take anywhere since he was so well behaved even through his teen years. I am so proud of him. He has a wonderful family and he built his business from the ground up. And last year he built their beautiful new home in the Burbank Hills in just 12 months with a lot of help from friends and other contractors. I am so happy to have them back in Burbank after 6 years 90 miles away.
