We are technically leaving tomorrow at 4:15 AM. I am hoping to get to bed early tonight because I have to get up at 3:00 AM to get ready for the Limo to pick us up to take us to the airport. We will be spending New Years Eve through Jan.4th at the Sheraton Hotel on Canal & Bourbon Street in New Orleans, the French Quarter. On Jan.4th we board the Norwegian Spirit for a 7 day Exotic Caribbean cruise. Below is the ship and the cabin Chris and we will be staying in. Chris wanted to have a large area so we have a Deluxe Penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also get to take advantage of VIP service when we board the ship, priority embarkation, priority boarding of tenders to shore, priority disembarkation, butler service, concierge service, sparkling wine, gourmet hors d’oeuvres and bottled water. Invitation to VIP cocktail party, 24-hour room service with special suite menu, full in-room breakfast menu, hors d’oeuvres delivered twice daily. Fine linens, duvet and feather pillows plush bath robes and towels, luxurious bath amenities, fresh flower arrangement and fresh fruit basket. We will have 2 flat screen TV’s with DVD players, Mini-bar, Espresso/Cappuccino machine. I am going to be in heaven. Now the kids will be in the hall down from us in a Oceanview private balcony suite.

Last night after dinner we went to see Will Smith in Seven Pounds. Will Smith is an IRS agent with a fateful secret who embarks on an extraordinary journey of redemption by forever changing the lives of seven strangers. It was very good! Make sure you have some tissues. Another 2 thumbs up!

I arrived at around 2:20 at the kids house. The traffic was a little heavy in areas. Lisa made chicken taco’s for dinner with rice and beans. Then we went to see Yes Man and I really enjoyed it, 2 thumbs up here from me! It had us all LOL! It was right up there with my other favorite Jim Carrey movies. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Man on the Moon, The Number 23 and The Truman Show.
